On-line Appointments

We have a new on-line booking system for patients! In order to book an on-line appointment with a doctor, you must:

1. First register in person with the receptionist. You must bring one form of photo ID. Each member of the family, who requires an appointment, will need to be registered separately. The receptionist will then give you a PIN, Practice number and Access ID.

2. You can then go on-line to the EmisAccess page and create your account.

3. After you have created your account on-line, you will be able to book appointments of your choice live and direct into our appointment system as well as order repeat medication. Please make sure that you book with your registered doctor. If he/she is not available, you must ensure you book with a doctor at the same branch.

Extended Hours

The practice is responding to the government's drive to improve GP access for commuters and other patients who are unable to attend for a routine appointment during normal surgery hours.

Our opening hours for routine GP appointments only are being extended as follows:

Monday - Thursday 7.00 - 8.00 am

New Telephone Booking System

During 2009 we shall be introducing a new telephone appointment booking system to work along side our current telephone and internet booking system. The system will work by allowing patients the option to select and make appointments 24 hours per day.
