Practice Manager: Peter Larner ACIB Cert IHM
As manager of the Hadleigh Boxford Group Practice I am responsible for the day to day running and strategic development. I manage the whole Practice team of 35 staff and 10 GP's. Part of my role is to promote the ‘seamless service' our patients receive from the Health Centre and Branch Surgery and to co-ordinate the Community Staff and Visiting Consultants as well as the maintenance of the buildings and grounds at both sites. We have an enthusiastic and very professional team, making my job both very varied and interesting. Part time I work as a Suffolk Commissioner of Services and as an Executive Member of the Suffolk Brett Stour Consortium of 11 local practices. With the aim of working together to improve and provide quality services as close to the patients home as possible. Sometimes I find the time to tender to my garden and also watch Ipswich Town FC as a season ticket holder.
