Our Appointment System
How to make and cancel an appointment
All our reception staff are trained Care Navigators.
When you telephone the surgery for an appointment the receptionist may ask you for some information about the reason for your call, please cooperate with her so that we can help you as quickly and safely as possible.
To book a morning appointment you will need to telephone the surgery at 8am on the morning you wish to be seen. You will be given an appointment time for that morning if appropriate and we will endeavour to offer this with the clinician of your choice.
Appointments may be booked online for the following morning from 7pm.
