The Hadleigh Boxford Group Practice is long established and provides a comprehensive service of family medicine to 14,000 patients. This is run from a purpose built health centre in Hadleigh and a fully equipped branch surgery in Boxford.

All nine doctors practice from Hadleigh with Drs Flather, Cope and Irwin providing a full service at Boxford. (All patients can attend at either surgery by appointment.)

The administration of the practice is led by our Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager backed up by a full team of secretarial, IT and receptionist staff. The practice is fully computerised at both surgeries and is linked to Suffolk Practitioners Services Unit, NHS Suffolk and also to the Ipswich Hospital Pathology Laboratories

The Practice is a member of the Suffolk Brett Stour Practice-Based Commissioning Group and aims to work together with likeminded practices provide a first class service at all times to all its patients. Since the recent changes in the NHS our practice became part of the Central Suffolk Primary Care Group, then the Central Suffolk Primary Care Trust, then the East Suffolk Primary Care Trusts and now finally the Suffolk Primary Care Trust. All our community staff - District Nurses, Health Visitors etc., are employees of the Suffolk Primary Care Trust.
