An exciting update!
Anima messaging is now integrated with the NHS App. Any SMS messages sent from Anima to you will be delivered first to your NHS App, failing back to SMS if unread.
If you are not registered with the NHS App, the system will default to an SMS message. You will be able to respond to us via the NHS App as it is the same interface as today just inside the NHS App.
You will receive the same links as before to action/decline your appointments.
