Important changes from 6th April 2026

From 6 April 2026, our GP practice will become cashless.

This means that payment for any private services or dispensary collections will need to be made by card only. We will no longer be able to accept cash payments.

Why are we making this change?

• There are no local banking facilities available, which makes banking cash increasingly difficult
• We do not have facilities to obtain change safely and reliably
• Card payments are safer, more secure, and more accurate for both patients and staff
