Our practice now uses Clinical Note Support (AI)
- This AI system briefly records the conversation and creates summarised notes for your health record
- Helps your doctor or nurse focus fully on you during your consultation.
- Protects your confidentiality — notes are securely stored.
- Supports better and more accurate care, with less disruption.
If you would prefer not to use the Clinical Note Support during your appointment, that's fine.
Please just let reception know, and they will inform your doctor or nurse.
